Contact the agency with legal jurisdiction
Humane Society of Tulsa does not perform animal-control pickups and does not routinely intake legal strays. Contact the municipal or county animal-control agency responsible for the location where the animal was found.
Check the microchip
Ask a veterinary clinic or shelter to scan for a microchip. Keep registration information current; Fi offers free microchip registration. A microchip is permanent identification, while a GPS collar can add live-location support.
